(HCU)?
Humanitarian Care Uganda is a
non-profit, non-sectarian, humanitarian
and development organisation dedicated
to serving the needs of the destitute
disabled and physically handicapped
homeless, orphans, the sick and
their care-givers
through CBO-to-person assistance
programmes regardless of race,
religious creed, political views,
or gender.

What does Humanitarian Care Uganda
do?
We at Humanitarian Care Uganda
are an organisation that brings
together people from all walks
of life: the disabled, people
living with HIV/AIDS, pregnant
mothers, sex workers and the like.
These people - groups constitute
the majority of the marginalized
people.

are they involved?
Our approach to the current health
care challenges is to work in
liaison with local CBOs in providing
care to the communities in need.
It is these care-givers whom we
want to empower in the bid to
increase their efficiency in care-giving
services while increasing their
effectiveness in fighting the
HIV/AIDS pandemic.
